Wayne County Unable To Certify Votes

Detroit prepares for more drama in the mayoral race with news of voting errors in the primary. The Wayne County Board of Canvassers were unable to certify 20,000 votes due to the use of numbers instead of "hash-marks". The uncounted votes would give the primary victory to Benny Napoleon instead of Mike Duggan. Craig talks to interim dean of Wayne State University Law School, Jocelyn Benson about the fallout from the latest development in the race.
