Rick Pluta With Details On Minimum Wage Deal

State Capitol Bureau chief of the Michigan Radio Network Rick Pluta discusses the decision of the state legislature to raise the Michigan minimum wage to $9.20 an hour.

"It's election time," Pluta says as to why 10 out of 12 senate Democrats voted in favor of the bill.

Pluta also discusses the Detroit bankruptcy and it's role in the upcoming elections.
