Detroit's Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr speaks with Craig to inform us on the Plan of Adjustment. Orr said $500 million will go to cleaning up the city and ridding it of blight.

“We've run over the numbers a hundred ways from Sunday," says Orr.

"This is what we think is a good deal for everyone.”

Orr says those near the poverty level will be, "held harmless."
