The county’s unofficial results had Benny Napoleon winning the primary election by more than 4,400 votes, but the city’s unofficial results concluded that write-in candidate Mike Duggan won the primary by over 16,000 votes. It's this discrepancy that has the election results under review. The State Board of Canvassers has until Tuesday, September 3rd, to certify the results of the election. The review process is expected to last until Friday. A recount will only be possible after the election results have been finalized. Founder of Publius.org, Vince Keenan, talks to Craig about the review process and callers weigh in on the discussion with their opinions.
