More than 46% of people have felt stuck in their job for over a year, and one in five for over 3 years, according to a study conducted by RainmakerThinking.

According to Bruce Tulgan, author and founder of RainmakerThinking, many feel there is no end in sight for jumping through hoops and bending over backwards.and staying late. The most common complaint of those who feel stuck is more and more work without increases in pay in benefits.

Tulgan says employers should pay attention. If employees feel this way, the study show's they're also putting in less effort and have lower morale.
