State Representative Rashida Tlaib's Opposition to an Emergency Manager

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder declared that a financial emergency exists in Detroit, adding that he's ready to appoint an Emergency Financial Manager. The city had ten days to appeal the declaration. Rashida Tlaib is the State Representative in Michigan's 6th District. She spoke to WDET's Martina Guzman about her adamant opposition to an Emergency Financial Manager for Detroit.
