Community Colleges Could Grant 4-Year Degrees

A bill that would allow community college students to get four-year degrees in certain fields is waiting for Governor Snyder's signature. Supporters of the bill say it would better prepare community college students for jobs. Opponents say it threatens the cooperation between those colleges and the state's four-year universities.
