Michigan Congresswoman Says Attacking Syria Is Wrong Move

President Obama’s call to launch a military strike against Syria -- in retaliation for the Assad regime’s use of chemical weapons -- is drawing a mixed reaction from the Congress he wants to authorize the action. Some lawmakers – like U-S House Member Candice Miller, a Republican representing Michigan’s 10th Congressional district – say they are skeptical about becoming involved in Syria’s civil war. Miller tells WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter she thinks the White House resolution calling for military action is too broad and too unilateral.
