A Michigan Congressman is at the center of two of the most pressing issues for the U-S government – problems with the federal health care web site and concerns over widespread spying by the National Security Agency. Brighton Republican Mike Rogers, who chairs the US House Intelligence Committee, says the health care site is very vulnerable to cyber attacks.
