Detroit mayoral candidate Mike Duggan is appealing a judge’s order to remove his name from the August primary ballot. A Wayne County judge agreed with legal challenges by rival candidate Tom Barrow and activist Robert Davis that Duggan filed his paperwork to run for mayor before he had met the requirement of being a Detroit resident for a year.
