Ford Motor Company unveiled the first manufactured aluminum F-150 pick-up on Tuesday in an event at its Ford Rouge plant in Dearborn. The company’s popular pick-up truck had been made of steel until the 2015 model. The automaker has invested billions of dollars to refit plants to produce the new vehicle.
