Undecided Michigan voters have until November 4th to make up their minds. WDET’s series of conversations with statewide candidates turns to those running for Secretary of State. Republican incumbent Ruth Johnson is seeking a second term. She and her Democratic opponent, Detroit attorney Godfrey Dillard, say voters should be able to cast an absentee ballot for any reason.
