Undecided Michigan voters have until November 4th to make up their minds. WDET’s series of conversations with statewide candidates turns to those running for Secretary of State. Most people know the office as the place where they get their drivers’ licenses. But Democratic candidate Godfrey Dillard wants to shift its focus to making it easier for people to vote.
