"As a blind person, I want to bring that sense of blind justice to the court."

Attorney Richard Bernstein, potential candidate for Michigan Supreme Court.

When Republicans and Democrats hold their statewide conventions in a few weeks, they’ll nominate candidates for Attorney General, Secretary of State, and the Michigan Supreme Court. Attorney Richard Bernstein unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination for attorney general in 2010. This year, he’s seeking a seat on the Supreme Court. Bernstein, who’s blind, tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller that life may not be fair, but a justice should be. Click on the audio links above to hear the conversation.

Richard Bernstein has a web site. It's here.
