Detroit’s primary election is on August 6th, and the city clerk’s office has been busy urging voters to turn out and make their voices heard. This year, voters will elect seven council candidates by district. Clerk Janice Winfrey tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller that the new format has generated the most questions from voters.
