Detroit Police say Sunday night's demonstration against the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of teenager Trayvon Martin was peaceful. The U.S. Department of Justice is reviewing evidence to see if criminal civil rights against Zimmerman are warranted. But legal experts say it won't be easy for the DOJ to mount a case. Wayne State University law professor Peter Henning, a former federal prosecutor, shared his insights on the difficulties of filing a civil rights case. He spoke with WDET's Pat Batcheller.
