State Budget Goes To Governor, But He May Want More

State lawmakers have finished work on the bulk of the 2014 budget, sending it to Governor Rick Snyder. It includes more money for local governments and maintains state film incentives at current levels. But it doesn't include some of the governor's big items, such as expanding Medicaid for thousands of Michigan residents who are uninsured.
