Wayne State Board of Governors chair Debbie Dingell is running for Congress, hoping to succeed her husband John, who’s retiring after almost 60 years. She’s the favorite to win the Democratic primary this summer, according to a new survey by Inside Michigan Politics. Bill Ballenger is the founder of that publication.
