Governor Snyder's Budget Comes To $54B Next Year

Governor Rick Snyder proposed increases in education funding and revenue sharing with local governments in his proposed budget for 2016. He also ordered cuts in this year's budget to help eliminate a deficit of more than $300 million. WDET's Pat Batcheller asked Michigan Public Radio's Rick Pluta where the governor made cuts, and how the administration plans to pay for funding increases.
