Rep. Miller Says There's Just One Way To Stop Asian Carp

Congresswoman Candice Miller (R-Michigan) wants to separate Lake Michigan from the Mississippi River watershed to keep Asian carp and other invasive species out of the Great Lakes. She has introduced a bill that would authorize the Army Corps of Engineers to build barriers severing the connection between the two water systems.
