Automotive analyst Michelle Krebs on Ford's earning potential for 2014.

Ford Motor Company made more than $7-billion in 2013—after subtracting one-time items, including a pension buyout. It’s spreading the wealth with workers. UAW members will each get profit sharing checks of about $8800 dollars each. The automaker says it was one of the best years it's ever had, but warns it might not make as much money this year. Automotive analyst Michelle Krebs tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller that Ford has a lot of new products coming out in 2014, which could drive up costs.
